1. 対象 / Scope
health-sync(以下「本ツール」)は、開発者本人だけが使う個人用ツールです。本ツールが扱うのは、開発者本人の Google アカウントの Google Health データだけです。
health-sync ("the tool") is a personal tool used only by its developer. It handles only the Google Health data of the developer's own Google Account.
2. 読み取るデータ / Data accessed
OAuth の許可にもとづき、次の範囲を読み取り専用で利用します: 活動とフィットネス(歩数)、睡眠。
With OAuth consent, the tool uses these read-only scopes: activity and fitness (step counts) and sleep.
3. 使い方 / How data is used
読み取ったデータは、本人が自分の運動・生活の記録を振り返るためだけに使います。広告、販売、第三者への提供、AI モデルの学習には使いません。
Data is used only so the developer can review their own activity and lifestyle records. It is not used for advertising, sold, shared with third parties, or used to train AI models.
4. 保存 / Storage
データと認証情報は、本人の PC にのみ保存します。本人が自分の判断で、歩数や睡眠時間の要約を自分の記録ページに載せることがあります。
Data and credentials are stored only on the developer's own computer. The developer may, at their own discretion, show summaries of steps or sleep duration on their personal log page.
5. 削除 / Deletion
本人は、Google アカウントの「サードパーティ製のアプリとサービス」から許可をいつでも取り消せます。PC に保存したデータは本人が削除できます。
The developer can revoke access at any time from "Third-party apps and services" in their Google Account and can delete locally stored data.
6. Google API Services User Data Policy
本ツールによる Google API から受け取った情報の利用と転送は、Limited Use の要件を含む Google API Services User Data Policy に従います。
health-sync's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
